Aegean Houses is a 4-star hotel located in the heart of Kos town,
approximately 150 m from the beach and 25 km from the island’s airport. This
small, family hotel is built in traditional Dodecanesean architecture and it
provides self-catering studios for couples and one-bedroom apartments for
families or larger groups. All studios and apartments are spacious and luminous
and feature a fully-equipped kitchenette, complimentary air conditioning, Wi-Fi,
satellite TV and a furnished balcony or terrace. An a la carte restaurant, a
poolside bar, a sauna, a jacuzzi and a fitness room are also provided on site

Please note that a climate tax applies in Greece. Payment is made directly on site in cash and is calculated per room. The amount of the tax depends on the type and category of accommodation booked as well as the length of stay and is between EUR 1.50 and EUR 15.00 per room/night.
A refund is not possible.
For scheduled arrivals in the destination area from 04:00 in the morning, the hotel room is only available on the day of arrival from the official check-in time of the respective hotel. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day. Early check-in or late check-out can be booked via our service team, subject to availability and for an additional charge.
