The hotel Babis Studios is located approx. 300 m from a sandy beach. At the beach, there are sun loungers and sun umbrellas for a fee available. The tourist centre is only about 100 m away. The town Zakynthos Town is around 5 km away (Laganas around 3 km, Argassi around 8 km). The nearest shopping facilities are located approx. 100 m from the hotel, a supermarket can be reached after around 50 m. It is only 100 m from the hotel to the nearest bars and restaurants. Also the nearest disco is around 100 m away. The following attractions can be reached from the hotel: Blue caves (approx. 65 km away), Shipwreck View (approx. 50 km away) and Bochali view (approx. 7 km away). For mobility during your holiday, there are a taxi rank (around 300 m away) and a bus stop (approx. 200 m away). For medical treatment in emergencies there is a hospital around 10 km away. The airport (ZTH) is approx. 3 km away.

Partially renovated in 2023, the 2-storey resort consists of a main building and an adjoining building, and has 12 rooms in total. It offers its guests a reception (check-in from 14:00, check-out until 11:00), air conditioning and a free parking area.

Bathroom with shower (room size: 50 m²). Towels are changed 2 times a week.

Please note that a climate tax applies in Greece. Payment is made directly on site in cash and is calculated per room. The amount of the tax depends on the type and category of accommodation booked as well as the length of stay and is between EUR 1.50 and EUR 15.00 per room/night.
A refund is not possible.

For scheduled arrivals in the destination area from 04:00 in the morning, the hotel room is only available on the day of arrival from the official check-in time of the respective hotel. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day. Early check-in or late check-out can be booked via our service team, subject to availability and for an additional charge.
