Istron Villas enjoys a quiet hillside setting in natural surroundings in
Istron village, in the prefecture of Lasithi, just 250 m from a beautiful Blue
Flag beach and approximately 72 km from Heraklion international airport. This is
a luxury complex featuring 9 independent villas, all fully furnished and
featuring separate bedrooms, a living-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen for
all self-catering requirements, a private parking and a private pool for a
comfortable stay. Guests of Istron Villas can also opt to use the restaurants,
bars, swimming pool, sports facilities and Spa center of its nearby sister
hotel.

Please note that a climate tax is charged in Greece. Payment is made directly on site in cash and is calculated per room.
April – October:
5?star hotel: approx. €15.00 per room per night
4?star hotel: approx. €10.00 per room per night
3?star hotel: approx. €5.00 per room per night
1–2?star hotel: approx. €2.00 per room per night
November – March:
A tourist tax is charged on site:
5?star hotel: approx. €4.00 per room per night
4?star hotel: approx. €3.00 per room per night
3?star hotel: approx. €1.50 per room per night
1–2?star hotel: approx. €0.50 per room per night
For scheduled arrivals in the destination area from 04:00 in the morning, the hotel room is only available on the day of arrival from the official check-in time of the respective hotel. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day. Early check-in or late check-out can be booked via our service team, subject to availability and for an additional charge.
