Built in the old Venetian neighborhood of Fira town in Santorini, on the grounds of a former Monastery, the architecture of Katikies Garden hotel, pays homage to the tradition of the historic building. Hotel guests surrender their senses in an alluring ambience with flourishing alleys, fountains and blooming gardens. Situated in Fira, 4 km from the beach, 4.5 km from a marina, 6 km from Santorini Thira National Airport and 9 km from Athinios Port Santorini.

As you may are aware, Katikies Garden has been built in the grounds of a historic building, preserving every single architectural detail and restoring all the glory of the original building. In that respect we have to work closely with the local authorities and the ministry of culture as our main concern is not only to respect but also bring to life the whole grandiose atmosphere of this architectural wonder of the island. During the restoration process more, unknown, elements of the former building have being brought to life and we are obliged to act with very strict guidelines regarding their full preservation.
As such, we had to holdup the work in the main pool area, which you will not be accessible for use during 2019.

Important info
Please note that a climate tax applies in Greece. Payment is made directly on site in cash and is calculated per room. The amount of the tax depends on the type and category of accommodation booked as well as the length of stay and is between EUR 1.50 and EUR 15.00 per room/night.
A refund is not possible.
For scheduled arrivals in the destination area from 04:00 in the morning, the hotel room is only available on the day of arrival from the official check-in time of the respective hotel. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day. Early check-in or late check-out can be booked via our service team, subject to availability and for an additional charge.
