The hotel Brown Beach Evia Island is located directly by the Evoikos, a private sandy beach. At the beach are sun loungers and sun umbrellas free of charge available. Completely renovated in 2022, the 3-storey resort has 175 rooms, and spread over one main building and one adjoining building. It is equipped with a reception (check-in from 15:00, check-out until 11:00), a lobby with bar, a lift, an air conditioning, a safe (for free), a mini market, various other shops, a parking area (for free) as well as a security entry system. For the meals, there is a restaurant (air-conditioned). You will be warmly welcomed in both the hotel’s bars. WiFi is available for free. For guests dependent on a wheelchair the accommodation provides a barrier-free access. Room cleaning and concierge service are free of charge. Room service and laundry / ironing service are available for a fee.

Please note that a climate tax applies in Greece. Payment is made directly on site in cash and is calculated per room. The amount of the tax depends on the type and category of accommodation booked as well as the length of stay and is between EUR 1.50 and EUR 15.00 per room/night.
A refund is not possible.

For scheduled arrivals in the destination area from 04:00 in the morning, the hotel room is only available on the day of arrival from the official check-in time of the respective hotel. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day. Early check-in or late check-out can be booked via our service team, subject to availability and for an additional charge.
