Esperides Resort & Spa is a 4-star hotel located in the heart of
Koutouloufari village, approximately 700 m from the sandy beach and 25 km from
Heraklion’s international airport. The property consists of 15 compounds of
newly renovated villas built in typical Cretan architecture with earthly colors
and natural materials. All units are all well-appointed and feature a fully
equipped kitchenette, a dining area, wooden furniture, orthopedic bed
mattresses, a private balcony or terrace and access to large lush gardens.
Guests can also enjoy three restaurants, two poolside bars, four swimming pools,
an open-air mini gym and a Spa center.

Please note that a climate tax applies in Greece. Payment is made directly on site in cash and is calculated per room. The amount of the tax depends on the type and category of accommodation booked as well as the length of stay and is between EUR 1.50 and EUR 15.00 per room/night.
A refund is not possible.

For scheduled arrivals in the destination area from 04:00 in the morning, the hotel room is only available on the day of arrival from the official check-in time of the respective hotel. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day. Early check-in or late check-out can be booked via our service team, subject to availability and for an additional charge.
