New design, new name and as popular as ever!!!
The well-known hotel (ex Paralos Kosta Mare) welcomes its guests from 2024 in a new design and now belongs to the PURE LUXE category of Paralos Hospitality Hotels, and is an Adults-Friendly Hotel.

The Kosta Mare Alímia (ex Paralos Kosta Mare) is situated in a prime beach location in Anissaras and is only separated from the sandy/pebble beach by the hardly frequented beach road. There are several mini-markets, tavernas and bars in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. The tourist center of Hersonissos with numerous stores, bars, cafes and restaurants is only 5 km away to the east. The small village of Analipsi can be easily reached on foot via the beach promenade in 15 minutes. The capital Heraklion is about 22 km away and the international airport about 20 km.

Completely renovated for summer 2024, the hotel with its modern ambience and luxurious comfort promises a relaxing and restful vacation. The stylish interior of the hotel includes a 24-hour reception, lobby, lounge with terrace and elevator, free Wi-Fi in the public hotel areas, as well as a lobby bar. Meals are served in the main restaurant or the 5 à la carte restaurants. In the well-kept outdoor/garden area there are 2 outdoor electrolysis pools with whirlpool (10:00 - 18:00, disinfected by an environmentally friendly UV light salt electrolysis system & one pool is equipped with underwater music), sun terraces as well as sun loungers and umbrellas (free of charge at the pool and on the beach. The beach pavilions are for a fee (free for guests of the Suite Private Pool and Suite Side Sea View). There are beach changing cabins, outdoor showers and lifeguards on the beach. You can refresh yourself with drinks at the pool bar and theater bar. There is also a large seating terrace, the amphitheater, free parking, first aid kit and AED kit as well as doctor on call (for a fee).

The 153 spacious rooms (of various types) offer a modern and comfortable ambience. The luxurious standard facilities include individual air conditioning/heating (included), ceiling fan, direct dial telephone (for a fee), electronic safe (included), free high-speed WiFi, 50 to 55 inch Smart TV (satellite & music channels), mini fridge, mini bar (various non-alcoholic drinks with daily refills for AI guests), kettle, Nespresso coffee machine (4 free capsules daily), coffee and tea facilities (daily refills) and balcony or terrace. The bathrooms offer a walk-in rain shower and separate WC washbasin (separated from the room by an optical wall), hairdryer, make-up mirror, slippers, bathrobes, high-quality toiletries and bathroom scales.

Lunch and dinner in all restaurants includes mineral water, soft drinks, juices, a selected Greek wine list, Greek beer and a selection of aperitifs and digestifs (table service). Lunch basket on request 1 day in advance.

For sports enthusiasts, there is a fitness area (open-air and indoor) for free use as well as a certified fitness trainer.

Various water sports (at an extra charge through an external third-party provider: Diving, jet skiing, parasailing, banana/rings). The Crete golf course is about 5 km away.

Treat yourself to a massage treatment, body and facial treatments, manicure & pedicure or visit the sauna and steam bath in the spa center (for a fee, appointment required).
You can use the heated indoor pool (11:00 - 19:00) and the Jacuzzi free of charge.

Evening entertainment program (3 x weekly in the amphitheater & daily in the Thalassa Bar/Poolbar: live shows, dance shows)

Please note that a climate tax applies in Greece. Payment is made directly on site in cash and is calculated per room. The amount of the tax depends on the type and category of accommodation booked as well as the length of stay and is between EUR 1.50 and EUR 15.00 per room/night.
A refund is not possible.

For scheduled arrivals in the destination area from 04:00 in the morning, the hotel room is only available on the day of arrival from the official check-in time of the respective hotel. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day. Early check-in or late check-out can be booked via our service team, subject to availability and for an additional charge.
