Oak Tree Inn

The Oak Tree Inn offers 42 bedrooms across the original inn and close-by cottages, as well as a pub, restaurant, and village shop on the West Highland Way at Balmaha, Loch Lomond. Close to the lochside in one of Scotland’s most picturesque villages, the Oak Tree Inn is renowned for its authentic and friendly welcome and is the proud winner of Family Inn of the Year at the National Hotels of the Year Awards. Our family business was established in 1997 and has twice been named Scotland’s best pub. We have 246 solar panels that power much of the site, including our EV charging points. It is our mission to remain ahead of the curve, to re-invest in our community, and to continue to develop Balmaha as Loch Lomond’s Ultimate Destination. The hotel is located 10 km away from the beach, and 35 km away from the city center of Glasgow. The nearest airport, Glasgow Airport, is located 25 kilometers away from the property.
