This luxurious resort, consisting of the three hotels Al Husn, Al Waha and Al Bandar, is located on the approximately 500 m long private sandy beach in the Barr al Jissah bay on a stunning beach and at the same time offers a magical mountain scenery. It is surrounded by beautiful gardens overlooking the deep blue sea in the Gulf of Oman. It is just 15 minutes' drive from Ruwi Business District and Mutrah, Muscat's Old Town. The transfer time from the airport is about 50 minutes.

The 4-storey resort has 198 rooms in total. It is equipped with a 24h reception (check-in from 14:00, check-out until 12:00), a lobby, a lift, an air conditioning, a safe (for free), a shop as well as a parking area (for free). For the meals, there are 22 restaurants. In a total 9 bars, you can relax in good company. WiFi is available for free. For guests with physical disabilities the hotel has a barrier-free access and a number of wheelchair accessible bathrooms. Room cleaning, room service and concierge service are free of charge. Laundry / ironing service and medical service are available for a fee.

(approx. 38 m²) - The comfortably furnished rooms are equipped with bath / shower / WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, telephone, TV, minibar, coffee and tea making facilities, safe and balcony or terrace.

HB is based on breakfast and dinner. The guest can take a buffet dinner at Samba in Al Waha or Al Tanoor in Al Bandar Restaurants. A dine around concept is available at A La Carte restaurants with a credit of OMR 18 per person, this is non refundable or convertible into cash. Anything extras will be paid by the guest directly.

Gala Dinner 31.12.2024-An outdoor gala dinner experience will take place at Al Bandar, within an open-sky settings and catering to guests staying at both Al Waha and Al Bandar, paired with live entertainment. The dinner is inclusive of house pouring beverages (soft drinks, water, selection of beers, wines and spirits).
After dinner, guests are invited for the countdown facing the ocean, with 2 complimentary glasses of sparkling wine per person to toast in the New Year

The National dress with Kumma is permitted in all our dining facilities.
Smart casual attire is essential for dinner time, and gentlemen can wear smart shorts or trousers with closed shoes.
For our fine-dining venue, Sultanah and The Piano Lounge, gentlemen are required to wear trousers and closed shoes in the evening at dinner time.
With the exception of our beach and pool venues (Circles, Assira, Mahhara and Al Muheet), beach and sports wear, slippers and flip flops are not allowed in the other dining and bar facilities.
We value the different cultures of our guests, and recommend to avoid see-through or light clothing during the meal period in any of our restaurants.

A maximum of ONE Extra Bed can be placed in all room types.

For scheduled arrivals in the destination area from 04:00 in the morning, the hotel room is only available on the day of arrival from the official check-in time of the respective hotel. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day. Early check-in or late check-out can be booked via our service team, subject to availability and for an additional charge.
