Approx. 50 m from the hotel?s own sandy/shingle beach is situated the hotel Beach Albatros, which is especially popular with honeymooners. At the beach are sun umbrellas and sun loungers free of charge available. The tourist centre is about 15 km away. The town Downtown is around 15 km away (Cairo around 500 km, Luxor around 280 km). A supermarket and other shopping facilities can be reached after 3 km. It is 7 km from the hotel to the nearest bars and restaurants. The following attractions can be reached from the hotel: Aqua Park (approx. 1 km away). For medical treatment in emergencies there is a hospital around 10 km away. The airport (HRG) is approx. 6 km away. The hotel and airport are linked by a chargeable shuttle. Another airport (RMF) is located approx. 215 km away.

The Beach Albatros is located directly by the sand beach. The extensive and comfortable hotel plan consists of a main house, auxiliary buildings and bungalows, the hotel is built on an area covering over 123,000 m2,15 minutes to the airport, 20 minutes to Hurghada, shuttle bus to Hurgahda 3 euro, taxi to the city 10 euro, taxi to the airport 10 euro.

Partially renovated in 2025, the 3-storey resort has 678 rooms, and spread over one main building and 10 adjoining buildings. It is equipped with a 24h reception (check-in from 14:00, check-out until 12:00), a lobby with bar, 5 lifts, an air conditioning, a coiffeur, a mini market, a parking area (for free) as well as a money changing facility. For the meals, there are 5 restaurants (air-conditioned) and a snack bar. In a total 8 bars, you can relax in good company. WiFi is available for free. For guests with physical disabilities the accommodation provides a barrier-free access, a wheelchair accessible lift and a number of wheelchair accessible bathrooms. Early check-in or late check-out can be booked via our service team, subject to availability and for an additional charge.
