At 28 m², each room has a large desk with W-LAN connection, two armchairs and coffee table, flat-screen TV with satellite channels and DreaMax sleep concept with 5 pillows and a 40 cm thick mattress.

Based on an arrangement by the Senate a city tax was introduced in Berlin for bookings from 01/01/2014, which applies to all private trips. This tax is in your known prices not included and must be paid by the guests on the spot in the hotel. The levy shall be forwarded from the hotel to the tax authorities. A refund is not possible.

City tax must be paid on site.
For scheduled arrivals in the destination area from 04:00 a.m., the hotel room is only available on the day of arrival from the official check-in time of the respective hotel. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day. Early check-in or late check-out can be booked via our service team, subject to availability and for an additional charge.
