The hotel Shams Lodge Water Sport Resort is located approx. 100 m from the hotel, a private sandy beach. At the beach are sun loungers and sun umbrellas free of charge. The town Hurghada is around 50 km away (Luxor around 210 km). It is 2 km from the hotel to the nearest bars and restaurants. For medical treatment in emergencies there is a hospital around 10 km away. The airport (HRG) is approx. 50 km away. The hotel and airport are linked by a shuttle (for a fee).
