The hotel Albatros Makadi Resort, especially popular with honeymooners, is around 5 km from Makadi (Hurghada around 50 km). The private sandy / stone beach is in the vicinity of the hotel. At the beach are sun loungers and sun umbrellas free of charge. The airport (HRG) is approx. 30 km away. The hotel and airport are linked by a shuttle (for a fee). Another airport (RMF) is located approx. 190 km away.

Completely renovated in 2024, the beach hotel has 614 rooms. It is equipped with a reception (check-in from 14:00, check-out until 12:00), a lobby with bar, an air conditioning, a safe (for free), a coiffeur, a mini market, various other shops, a parking area (for free), a security entry system as well as a money changing facility. For the meals, there are 4 restaurants (air-conditioned). In a total 5 bars, you can relax in good company. WiFi is available for free. For honeymooners, the hotel offers a particularly romantic location and views. For guests dependent on a wheelchair the accommodation provides a wheelchair accessible lift. Room cleaning, ironing service and concierge service are free of charge. Room service, laundry service and medical service (from 00:00 - 00:00) are available for a fee.
