Approx. 200 m from the hotel?s own sandy beach is situated the hotel Utopia Beach Club. At the beach, there are sun loungers and sun umbrellas free of charge. The tourist centre is about 40 km away. The town El Quseir is around 22 km away (Hurghada around 180 km, Luxor around 350 km). In the vicinity of the hotel are a number of shopping facilities and a supermarket. For evening dancing you will find a nightclub in a distance of approx. 20 km. Locations further away can be reached via the railway station in a distance of around 240 km. For medical treatment in emergencies there is a hospital around 22 km away. The airport (HRG) is approx. 181 km away. The hotel and airport are linked by a chargeable shuttle (private ground transfer) (private ground transfer, where applicable, for a fee). Another airport (RMF) is located approx. 40 km away.

The 3-storey resort consists of a main building and 16 adjoining buildings, and has 312 rooms in total. It offers its guests a 24h reception (check-in from 14:00, check-out until 12:00), a lobby with bar, air conditioning, a safe (for free), coiffeur, a mini market, various other shops, a free parking area and a money changing facility. For the meals, there are three restaurants (air-conditioned) and a snack bar (open from 11:00 - 18:00). In a total 4 bars, you can relax in good company. WiFi can be used by hotel guests for a fee. For guests dependent on a wheelchair the hotel has a barrier-free access and a number of wheelchair accessible bathrooms. Room cleaning and concierge service are free of charge. Laundry / ironing service and medical service are available for a fee.

For scheduled arrivals in the destination area from 04:00 in the morning, the hotel room is only available on the day of arrival from the official check-in time of the respective hotel. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day. Early check-in or late check-out can be booked via our service team, subject to availability and for an additional charge.

Please note that there will be guestroom renovation works until approximately July 2017. These take place daily from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. The hotel tries to keep the disturbances at a minimum. The renovations are expected to finish at the end of March 2018.
