Close to the shopping district and the Gothic area, and just 50 m from Plaça Catalunya and Las Ramblas. Nearest underground station: Universitat or Plaça Catalunya.
The apartments are equipped with bathroom/shower, kitchenette, telephone, satellite TV, WiFi access, hair dryer, safety box and air conditioning.
Weekly cleaning. Weekly change of bed sheets and towels
Key pick up during office hours in the same building on the 2nd floor (9:30 to 14:00 and 16:00 to 19:30 from Monday to Friday. Keys can be picked up at the Hotel Amister Avda. Roma, 93-95 on Saturdays, Sundays, holidays and other times.)
A 200 EUR (approximately) deposit is requested upon arrival. It is returned upon apartment inspection when you check out.
Check out before 11 in the morning.

Important info
A tourist tax is levied in Catalonia. Payment is made directly on site in cash. The amount of the tax depends on the category of accommodation. Young people up to and including the age of 16 are exempt from the tax.
Please note that in the Costa Brava region (Lloret de Mar, Tossa de Mar, Calele, Blanes, Calella, etc.) many hotels will ONLY accept young people with a minimum age of 18 years and/or with written parental permission. It is recommended that you enquire about the conditions under which young people can be accommodated in the hotel before booking.
For scheduled arrivals in the destination area from 04:00 a.m., the hotel room is only available on the day of arrival from the official check-in time of the respective hotel. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day. Early check-in or late check-out can be booked via our service team, subject to availability and for an additional charge.
