Approx. 50 m from a sandy beach is situated the hotel Park Split. The tourist centre is about 1 km away. In the vicinity of the hotel are a number of shopping facilities. There are restaurants and bars within a very short distance of the hotel. Entertainment facilities such as a theatre can be reached after approx. 2 km. Locations further away can be reached via the railway station in a distance of around 450 m. For medical treatment in emergencies there is a hospital around 1 km away. The airport (SPU) is approx. 25 km away. Another airport (ZAD) is located approx. 150 km away.

The 2nd row beach hotel has 72 rooms. It is equipped with a reception, a safe (where applicable, for a fee) as well as a parking area (where applicable, for a fee).

Important info
For scheduled arrivals in the destination area from 04:00 in the morning, the hotel room is only available on the day of arrival from the official check-in time of the respective hotel. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day. Early check-in or late check-out can be booked via our service team, subject to availability and for an additional charge. The tourist tax ranges from 1.50 to 3.00 euros per person, depending on the hotel, and must be paid at the hotel reception. The transfer to the islands of Losinj, Hvar, Brac, Kolocep, Lopud, Sipan and Mljet is limited in case of late or early arrival/departure. For flights arriving after 7:00pm and departing before 09:40am, an overnight stay on the mainland is required. If transfers to and from the islands cannot be made due to early or late flights, guests will be accommodated for one night on the mainland.
