The Finca Son Perdiu is located in the south west of the island, about 11 km from Colonia San Jordi and Llucamajor. The natural beach Es Trenc it is only about 7km away.

This beautiful country house is surrounded by a 160ha large cultivated land. It is an active farm that holds pigs, sheep and chicken. The family-run country house has not lost its rustic charm despite the renovation. There are 8 rooms, fireplace corner, dining room, lounge and indoor pool in one of the former stables. A swimming pool with sun terrace is also available outdoors.

DOUBLE ROOMS are different one to another in size and furnishing. All of them include satellite TV, air conditioning / heating, safe free of charge, complete bathroom with bath / shower and WC.
The double rooms can also be booked for ALL IN USE.
SUPERIOR ROOMS (Double Room Premium) are located in the Lounge Son Perdiu. This building has been fully renovated, includes a large lounge and exclusive pool and is located about 100 meters from the main building. The superior rooms are slightly more spacious than the double rooms.
The SUITE has the same facilities as the double bedroom with separate living area with sofa (NO connecting door to the bedroom).

Breakfast or half-board is available. When booking half-board, the dinner is included, with a 3 course meal based on seasonal dishes and dessert. The continental breakfast is buffet style.

Please note that a tourist tax is charged on Mallorca.

From the 9th night in the same accommodation, the amount is reduced by 50 percent. Children under 16 years are exempt from the tax. For scheduled arrivals in the destination area from 04:00 a.m., the hotel room is only available on the day of arrival from the official check-in time of the respective hotel. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day. Early check-in or late check-out can be booked via our service team, subject to availability and for an additional charge.
