The hotel Grand Hotel Slavia (adults only) is located around 9 km from Makarska (Split around 50 km). A sandy / shingle beach lies directly by the hotel. At the beach, there are sun loungers and sun umbrellas for a fee. The nearest shopping facilities are located approx. 12 km from the hotel, a supermarket can be reached after around 100 m. There are restaurants and bars within a very short distance of the hotel. For evening dancing you will find a nightclub in a distance of approx. 300 m. For mobility during your holiday, there are a taxi rank as well as a bus stop in a distance of around 50 m. For medical treatment in emergencies there is a hospital around 10 km away. The airport (SPU) is approx. 70 km away. The hotel and airport are linked by a chargeable shuttle (private ground transfer) (private ground transfer, where applicable, for a fee). Another airport (ZAD) is located approx. 185 km away.

The 4-storey boutique hotel has 72 rooms in total. It is equipped with a reception (check-in from 14:00, check-out until 11:00), a lobby with bar, 2 lifts, an air conditioning, a safe (for free), a parking area (for a fee) as well as a security entry system. For the meals, there are two restaurants (air-conditioned). You will be warmly welcomed in both the hotel’s bars. WiFi is available for free. Room cleaning is free of charge. Room service and laundry / ironing service are available for a fee.

For scheduled arrivals in the destination area from 04:00 in the morning, the hotel room is only available on the day of arrival from the official check-in time of the respective hotel. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day. Early check-in or late check-out can be booked via our service team, subject to availability and for an additional charge. The tourist tax ranges from 1.50 to 3.00 euros per person, depending on the hotel, and must be paid at the hotel reception. The transfer to the islands of Losinj, Hvar, Brac, Kolocep, Lopud, Sipan and Mljet is limited in case of late or early arrival/departure. For flights arriving after 7:00pm and departing before 09:40am, an overnight stay on the mainland is required. If transfers to and from the islands cannot be made due to early or late flights, guests will be accommodated for one night on the mainland.
