The hotel Step Hotel is located approx. 800 m from a sandy beach, linked by a shuttle service (extra fee). The tourist centre is about 500 m away. The nearest shopping facilities are located approx. 500 m from the hotel, a supermarket can be reached after around 100 m. It is 300 m from the hotel to the nearest bars and restaurants. For evening dancing you will find a nightclub in a distance of approx. 800 m. Further entertainment facilities such as a cinema are approx. 35 km away. For mobility during your holiday, there are a taxi rank (around 100 m away) and a bus stop (approx. 400 m away). Locations further away can be reached via the railway station in a distance of around 35 km. For medical treatment in emergencies there is a hospital around 700 m away. The airport (BOJ) is approx. 27 km away. The hotel and airport are linked by a shuttle (for a fee). Another airport (VAR) is located approx. 100 km away.

Partially renovated in 2022, the 6-storey resort has 33 rooms in total. It is equipped with a reception (check-in from 14:00, check-out until 12:00), a lobby, a lift, an air conditioning, a safe (for a fee) as well as a parking area (for free). For the meals, there is a restaurant. You can relax in good company in the hotel bar. WiFi is available for free. Room cleaning is free of charge. Room service is available for a fee.

The cosy furnished rooms are equipped with double bed or twin bed, sofa bed as extra bed, baby cot (for free), laminate, kitchenette, shared pool, balcony, kettle (for free), internet (for free), safe (for a fee) and cable TV with local broadcasters as well as individually adjustable air conditioning (from May to September). Bathroom with shower (room size: 20 - 25 m²). Towels are changed 3 times a week.

Early check-in or late check-out can be booked via our service team, subject to availability and for an additional charge.
