The hotel IM Dreamer Hotel (ex Four Points by Sheraton Sunny Beach), especially popular with honeymooners, is located around 35 km from Burgas (Pomorie around 18 km, Nessebar around 5 km). A sandy beach is around 30 m from the hotel. At the beach are sun umbrellas and sun loungers free of charge available. The tourist centre is about 200 m away. The nearest shopping facilities are located approx. 20 m from the hotel, a supermarket can be reached after around 10 m. There are restaurants and bars within a very short distance of the hotel. For evening dancing you will find a nightclub in a distance of approx. 200 m. The following attractions can be reached from the hotel: Nessebar (approx. 5 km away), Aquapark Sunny Beach (approx. 1 km away) and Aquapark Nessebar (approx. 6 km away). For mobility there is a bus stop (approx. 150 m away). Locations further away can be reached via the railway station in a distance of around 35 km. The airport (BOJ) is approx. 27 km away. The hotel and airport are linked by a chargeable shuttle (private ground transfer) (private ground transfer, where applicable, for a fee). Another airport (VAR) is located approx. 100 km away.

Completely renovated in 2024, the 13-storey beach hotel has 359 rooms, and spread over one main building and one adjoining building. It is equipped with a reception (check-in from 14:00, check-out until 11:00), a lobby with bar, 7 lifts, an air conditioning, a mini market, various other shops as well as a parking area (for a fee). For the meals, there are two restaurants (air-conditioned) and a snack bar (open from 07:00 - 23:00). In a total 3 bars, you can relax in good company. WiFi is available for free. For guests with physical disabilities the hotel has a barrier-free access, a wheelchair accessible lift and a number of wheelchair accessible bathrooms. Room cleaning is free of charge. Laundry service and medical service are available for a fee.
