Approx. 400 m from a sandy beach is situated the Adults only hotel Smolian Hotel. At the beach, there are sun umbrellas and sun loungers for a fee. The tourist centre is about 2 km away. The town Nessebar is around 5 km away (Burgas around 40 km). A supermarket can be reached after around 200 m. It is only 200 m from the hotel to the nearest bars and restaurants. The following attractions can be reached from the hotel: Aquapark (approx. 2 km away). For mobility there is a bus stop (approx. 100 m away). The airport (BOJ) is approx. 27 km away. Another airport (VAR) is located approx. 100 km away.

The 5-storey resort has 63 rooms. It is equipped with a reception (check-in from 14:00, check-out until 12:00), a lobby with bar, a lift, a safe (for a fee) as well as a parking area (for free). For the meals, there is a restaurant. You can relax in good company in the hotel bar. WiFi can be used by hotel guests for a fee. Room cleaning is free of charge.
