The town Burgas is around 30 km away (Varna around 100 km, Nesebar around 1 km). The nearest shopping facilities are located approx. 5 km from the hotel, a supermarket can be reached after around 50 m. It is only 200 m from the hotel to the nearest bars and restaurants. For evening dancing you will find a nightclub in a distance of approx. 500 m. For mobility during your holiday, there are a taxi rank as well as a bus stop in a distance of around 400 m. For medical treatment in emergencies there is a hospital around 9 km away. The airport (BOJ) is approx. 27 km away. Another airport (VAR) is located approx. 100 km away.

Partially renovated in 2025, the 6-storey resort has 50 rooms. It offers its guests a reception (check-in from 15:00, check-out until 11:00), a lobby, 3 lifts, air conditioning, a safe (for a fee), a mini market and a parking area (for a fee). WiFi is available for free. For the room cleaning the hotel charges a fee (where applicable).

In the outside area of the hotel there is a play area for children.

The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day.
