Only a few steps from the sandy beach is located the hotel Alua Helios Bay. At the beach, there are sun umbrellas and sun loungers for a fee. The tourist centre is about 500 m away. The town Varna is around 60 km away (Sunny Beach around 34 km, Burgas around 60 km). The nearest shopping facilities are located approx. 300 m from the hotel, a supermarket can be reached after around 50 m. It is 300 m from the hotel to the nearest bars and restaurants. The following attractions can be reached from the hotel: Aqua Park (approx. 35 km away) and Luna Park (approx. 250 m away). For mobility there is a bus stop and a car rental company. For medical treatment in emergencies there is a hospital around 60 km away. The airport (BOJ) is approx. 60 km away. Another airport (VAR) is located approx. 65 km away.

The 7-storey resort has 318 rooms in total. It is equipped with a reception (check-in from 15:00, check-out until 11:00), a lobby with bar, 4 lifts, an air conditioning, a safe (for a fee), a mini market, a parking area (for a fee), a security entry system as well as a money changing facility. For the meals, there are three restaurants (air-conditioned). In a total 5 bars, you can relax in good company. WiFi is available for free. For guests with physical disabilities the hotel has a barrier-free access, a wheelchair accessible lift and a number of wheelchair accessible bathrooms. Room cleaning is free of charge.
