The hotel Diamma Resort Conference&Spa is located directly by the Golem Beach, a private sandy beach. At the beach, there are sun umbrellas and sun loungers free of charge. The town Durres is around 11 km away (Tirane around 45 km). The nearest shopping facilities are located approx. 12 km from the hotel, a supermarket can be reached after around 200 m. There are restaurants and bars within a very short distance of the hotel. For evening dancing you will find a nightclub in a distance of approx. 100 m. Partially renovated in 2021, the 6-storey beach hotel consists of a main building and an adjoining building, and has 69 rooms in total. It is equipped with a reception (check-in from 14:00, check-out until 11:00), a lobby with bar, a lift, an air conditioning, a safe (for free), a parking area (for free) as well as a money changing facility. For the meals, there are three restaurants (air-conditioned) and a snack bar. In a total 4 bars, you can relax in good company. WiFi is available for free. Room service and concierge service are free of charge. Laundry / ironing service is available for a fee.

Double Deluxe Room:
The modern furnished rooms are equipped with double bed or twin bed, baby cot (for free), parquet, kettle (for free), minibar (for a fee), balcony, internet (for free), safe (for free) and flat screen cable TV as well as individually adjustable air conditioning and individually adjustable heating. Bathroom with shower. Towels are changed daily (free of charge). Bed linen is changed 3 times a week (free of charge).
