The 3-storey spa hotel has 106 rooms. The rooms were last renovated in 2025. It is equipped with a reception (check-in from 16:00, check-out until 11:00), a lobby with bar, 2 lifts, an air conditioning, a safe (for free), a shop, a parking area (for free), a security entry system as well as a money changing facility. For the meals, there are two restaurants (air-conditioned) and a snack bar. In a total 3 bars, you can relax in good company. WiFi is available for free. For guests with physical disabilities the accommodation provides a barrier-free access, a wheelchair accessible lift and a number of wheelchair accessible bathrooms. Ironing service is free of charge. Room service and medical service (from 10:00 - 21:00) are available for a fee. For the laundry service the hotel charges a fee (where applicable).

In the outside area of the hotel there is a play area for children. Child supervision: nursery and free babysitting.

For scheduled arrivals in the destination area from 04:00 in the morning, the hotel room is only available on the day of arrival from the official check-in time of the respective hotel. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day. Early check-in or late check-out can be booked via our service team, subject to availability and for an additional charge.
