Partially renovated in 2025, the 6-storey beach hotel has 132 rooms in total. It is equipped with a reception (check-in from 14:00, check-out until 11:00), a lobby with bar, 3 lifts, an air conditioning, a safe (for free), a parking area (for free), a security entry system, a money changing facility as well as the TBA sky bar (18:00 - 00:00), open from May to October. For the meals, there are two restaurants (air-conditioned). In a total 4 bars, you can relax in good company. WiFi is available for free. For guests with physical disabilities the hotel has a barrier-free access. Room cleaning is free of charge. Room service and laundry / ironing service are available for a fee.

The comfortable furnished rooms with connecting room and 2 bedrooms are equipped with double bed, king size bed or twin bed, extra bed (folding bed), baby cot (for free), tiled floor, kettle (for a fee), balcony, internet (for free), safe (for free) and flat screen cable TV as well as centrally controlled air conditioning (from January to December) and centrally controlled heating (from January to December).
