This charming hotel is situated close to one of the most beautiful beaches on Mallorca, Playa de Palma. Shopping venues are located roughly 500 m from the hotel and the beach and public transport are to be found about 250 m away. The hotel is located on a side street.

The building was built in 1971 and renovated in 1997 and is made up of a 12 floor main building with a total of 251 rooms of which 13 are singles and 64 are doubles. It offers a lobby with 24-hour reception, a lift and a café. the hotel features a its very own bar, pub, nightclub, playroom, TV room and an air-conditioned restaurant with a non-smoking area. In addition, the hotel offers Internet access (for free), a bicycle storage facility as well as the option of bicycle hire (for an extra charge).

The modern en suite rooms are fitted with a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV (on payment of an additional fee), a stereo, free WIFI, air conditioning, central heating, a safe and terrace or balcony.

Guests may use the table tennis facilities, indoor swimming pool, outdoor swimming pool, pool, snack bar, sun loungers, parasols and the sauna (for an additional fee). Also at an extra charge guests may play a game of pool or participate in cycling and mountain biking.

In the local area guests are presented with opportunities to play tennis, minigolf or go horse riding.

From the 9th night in the same accommodation, the amount is reduced by 50 percent. Children under 16 years are exempt from the tax. For scheduled arrivals in the destination area from 04:00 a.m., the hotel room is only available on the day of arrival from the official check-in time of the respective hotel. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day. Early check-in or late check-out can be booked via our service team, subject to availability and for an additional charge.
