This beach hotel is located in the heart of Playa de Palma, just a few meters from one of the most famous beaches on the island of Mallorca. The hotel is located at the height of Ballermann 9 and is an ideal starting point to explore the restaurants, bars and night clubs of Playa de Palma. The island's capital, Palma de Mallorca, is around 12 km from the hotel.

The for season 2020 refurbished air-conditioned hotel has 193 rooms. In the accommodation, guests are welcomed in the lobby with 24-hour reception. The individual floors are easily accessible by lift or by stairs. The hotel has a luggage room, a safe, a shuttle service (extra charge), an outdoor pool with a sun terrace and a restaurant with a bar. WiFi is available in public areas.

The DOUBLE ROOMS (20m2) offer space for max. 3 persons and can also be booked for SINGLE USE (with or without CHILD).
They are equipped with bath/WC, hair dryer, balcony, telephone, TV, safe (for a fee) and air conditioning or heating.

The breakfast (brunch) is included. From 8:00 to 13:30 you can sit comfortably in the restaurant and enjoy the brunch in buffet style. The hotel also has a bar open 24 hours.

From the 9th night in the same accommodation, the amount is reduced by 50 percent. Children under 16 years are exempt from the tax. For scheduled arrivals in the destination area from 04:00 a.m., the hotel room is only available on the day of arrival from the official check-in time of the respective hotel. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day. Early check-in or late check-out can be booked via our service team, subject to availability and for an additional charge.
