The modern Hotel is located only a few minutes from Playa de Palma and only a few meters (about 100 m) from the beach. The City centre is only a some minutes away and offers bar, Restaurants and supermarkets. The Airport is about 3 km from the Hotel.

The Hotel consists of about 405 living Units in 2 buildings with 5 floors each. Entering the Hotel you see the 24-hour reception as well the Lobby and lifts. There is also a Lounge suite and a bar where you can enjoy some Drinks. WLan/ WIFi is for free in the whole Hotel. A beautiful garden area is also available. In the garden you can find a playground as well as an open air swimming pool, sun terrace and a Poolbar. Sunbeds and Parasols are at the pool are inluced. Towels you can receive if you pay deposit.

The modern DOUBLE ROOMS WITH BALKONY OR TERRACE can be Chosen either with POOL VIEW OR GARDEN VIEW. The DOUBLE ROOM consists of free WIFI, a bathroom with shower, Sat-TV, Minibar (not included, air condition and a safe for rent.

From the 9th night in the same accommodation, the amount is reduced by 50 percent. Children under 16 years are exempt from the tax. For scheduled arrivals in the destination area from 04:00 a.m., the hotel room is only available on the day of arrival from the official check-in time of the respective hotel. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day. Early check-in or late check-out can be booked via our service team, subject to availability and for an additional charge.
