The Hotel is situated next to an 18 hole golf course and two shopping centres. 800 m to the sea with a Beach Club within the bay of Palma. 12 km to the airport and 24 km to Palma. Public bus during the day to the Beach Club and in the evening to Playa de Palma.

The hotel was built in 1979 and renovated in 2001 beside a main road , surrounded by a 23.000 m2 garden and a 18 holes golf course. It consists of two 6-storey buildings with a total of 288 rooms. There is a hotel lobby with a 24-hour reception service. In addition, the hotel features lifts, a café, a newspaper stand, bars, a discoclub, a games room and a TV room. Additional facilities include an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant , highchairs for children, 5 conference rooms (catering for up to 160 persons), a public Internet terminal (WLAN) & WIFI with extra charge, as well as a laundry service and medical assistance. Guests have the opportunity to hire bikes (for an additional charge) as well as to use the bicycle garage .

The comfortable rooms come with an in suite bathroom with hairdryer. The rooms? facilities include a telephone, satellite/ TV, a radio, a minibar, a double bed, carpeting and a safe. The rooms are centrally air conditioned/heated as standard and all are fitted with a balcony some with a sea view.

From the 9th night in the same accommodation, the amount is reduced by 50 percent. Children under 16 years are exempt from the tax. For scheduled arrivals in the destination area from 04:00 a.m., the hotel room is only available on the day of arrival from the official check-in time of the respective hotel. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day. Early check-in or late check-out can be booked via our service team, subject to availability and for an additional charge.
