The apartments are open all year round. In summer season you can enjoy all the services offered by the Hotel Neptuno with its 2 swimming pools, restaurant, bar cafeteria, fitness area, entertainment for adults and children. The rest of the year, Apartamentos Neptuno only offer accommodation.

A tourist tax is levied in Catalonia. Payment is made directly on site in cash. The amount of the tax depends on the category of accommodation. Young people up to and including the age of 16 are exempt from the tax.

For scheduled arrivals in the destination area from 04:00 a.m., the hotel room is only available on the day of arrival from the official check-in time of the respective hotel. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day. Early check-in or late check-out can be booked via our service team, subject to availability and for an additional charge.
