Parador de Cardona

The Parador de Cardona is an impressive
medieval castle from the 9th century, walled, with wide stone walls, pointed
arches, cobbled and vaulted courtyards, where its tower and Gothic-style church
stand out. It offers splendid views of the Cadí mountain range, Pedraforca,
Port del Comte, as well as the town of Cardona, the Salt Mountain and the green
orchards of Cardener.
