Please note that from 12.02.2020 up to including 29.02.2020 the Infinity Pool is temporarily closed due to renovation work. During this period you can still use the other pool facilities. From 18 years onwards or from 16 years under adult supervision the Spa Indoor Pool can also be used.

A city tax has been implemented for all stays in following portugies destinations (March 2019):
Lisbon city: 2,00 €
Lisbon coast: 1,00 €
Porto city: 2,00 €
Sintra: 1,00 €
Portimao: 1,50 € (for arrivals from 01.03.2020 in the months March-Oct)
The tax is payable on property per person/night for the age of 13 and older. The max. amount is for 7 nights.

If your scheduled flight arrives after 4 AM, the hotel room will be available on the day of arrival at the official check-in time, which may vary depending on the booked hotel.
Likewise the check-out time on your departure day has to be maintained. If your scheduled return flight departs until midnight you have to check-out at the dedicated check-out time that day.
Early check-in or late check-out can be arranged with our service team for a fee and depending on availability.
