The hotel Cancun Bay Resort is located in the vicinity of a sandy beach. At the beach are sun umbrellas and sun loungers free of charge available. The town Cancun is around 7 km away (Playa del Carmen around 70 km). In the vicinity of the hotel are a number of shopping facilities and a supermarket. It is only 200 m from the hotel to the nearest bars and restaurants. For evening dancing you will find a nightclub in a distance of approx. 8 km. Further entertainment facilities such as a cinema are approx. 12 km away. The following attractions can be reached from the hotel: Puerto Cancún. For mobility during your holiday, there are a taxi rank as well as a bus stop in a distance of around 100 m. For medical treatment in emergencies there is a hospital around 5 km away. The airport (CUN) is approx. 32 km away. Another airport (TQO) is located approx. 160 km away.

The 3-storey hotel has 133 rooms. It is equipped with a 24h reception (check-in from 15:00, check-out until 12:00), a lobby bar, a safe (where applicable, for a fee) as well as a parking area (for free). For the meals, there is a snack bar. For the room service and concierge service the hotel charges a fee (where applicable).

For scheduled arrivals in the destination area from 04:00 in the morning, the hotel room is only available on the day of arrival from the official check-in time of the respective hotel. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be adhered to. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day. Early check-in or late check-out can be booked via our service team, subject to availability and for an additional charge.
