A small complex of 31 apartments split between 2 low rise blocks. The hotel runs a mini-bus service three times a day to and from the beach.

The centre of the resort of Montechoro is just 1km from the apartments, where you can find a wide choice of bars, restaurants and shops. Buses stop just 100metres from the apartments.

Each of the apartments in the Novochoro complex is equipped with satellite TV, safety deposit box (payable locally) and balcony/terrace. The kitchenette features a microwave, oven/hob, fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. All apartments have an en-suite bathroom with bath, shower and wc as well as a balcony or terrace.

The apartments have a snack bar as well as a Pool Bar serving refreshing drinks.

There is a Children’s Playground.

A tourist tax applies in the municipality of Portimao as follows:
For guests aged 13 and over from November 1 to March 31 ?1 per person/day up to a maximum of 7 nights and from April 1 to October 31. 2? per person/day up to a maximum of 7 nights.

For scheduled arrivals in the destination area from 04:00 a.m., the hotel room is only available on the day of arrival from the official check-in time of the respective hotel. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day. Early check-in or late check-out can be booked via our service team, subject to availability and for an additional charge.
