The four-storey main building as well as numerous two-storey chalets lies within a well-maintained park landscape, which offers visitors lush vegetation with a romantic lotus pond. The main building features an air-conditioned foyer with 24-hour reception, hotel safe, and currency exchange counter, and a souvenir shop, a travel agent, a beauty salon, and car rental are all also housed within the complex. Culinary options include a stylish café, two pleasant bars, and three inviting restaurants serving a successful mixture of Asian and international cuisine. A business centre with modern conference facilities is available, as are both room and laundry services. Medical facilities and a babysitting service are available on request, and there is a play area and a kid's club (4-9 years) where younger guests can let off steam.
