Approx. 300 m from a sandy beach is situated the hotel Babis Studios. At the beach, there are sun loungers and sun umbrellas for a fee available. The tourist centre is only about 100 m away. The town Zakynthos Town is around 5 km away (Laganas around 3 km, Argassi around 8 km). The nearest shopping facilities are located approx. 100 m from the hotel, a supermarket can be reached after around 50 m. It is only 100 m from the hotel to the nearest bars and restaurants. Also the nearest disco is around 100 m away. The following attractions can be reached from the hotel: Blue caves (approx. 65 km away), Shipwreck View (approx. 50 km away) and Bochali view (approx. 7 km away). For mobility during your holiday, there are a taxi rank (around 300 m away) and a bus stop (approx. 200 m away). For medical treatment in emergencies there is a hospital around 10 km away. The airport (ZTH) is approx. 3 km away.

Partially renovated in 2025, the 2-storey resort consists of a main building and an adjoining building, and has 12 rooms in total. It is equipped with a reception (check-in from 14:00, check-out until 11:00), an air conditioning as well as a parking area (for free).

For scheduled arrivals in the destination area from 04:00 in the morning, the hotel room is only available on the day of arrival from the official check-in time of the respective hotel. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day. Early check-in or late check-out can be booked via our service team, subject to availability and for an additional charge.
