Facility
All apartments, at Charles Hope Canary Wharf South Quay, are smartly designed with contactless check-in. Each one has a balcony with stunning views and comes with fast wifi, air con, king-size beds, dark wood floors, spacious living, smart TVs. Guests are supplied welcome packs with kitchen and bathroom essentials. Fully equipped kitchens, have high end appliances, including nespresso makers, dishwasher and washer/dryer. The property has 24hr security and emergency helpline. All floors are accessed by lifts. Weekly cleaning for reservations staying over a week. Pets are allowed for a charge per stay. There is also a chill-out room, roof terrace, Japanese room and communal library for unwinding. Book a treat- ment in the therapy room - menu available to review.

VIP PRE-ARRIVAL/BOOKING INSTRUCTIONS- Guest Registration –Email guestservices@charleshope.co.uk providing the following booking details(Apartment booked, lead guest name, arrival and departure dates) so key collection can be advised prior to arrival, some apartments require self-check in and without these instructions you will not be able to enter the building. Refunds will not be provided if these instructions are not followed, keep a copy of the sent email. ID & Deposit Checks-The apartments may ask for ID and request card details to take a security deposit (taken prior to arrival) should any damages happen during your stay. Should no damages occur, this will be refunded to the same card details on dep up to 5-7 days after guests check out.
The minimum age for all guests is 21 years old, unless travelling with a parent or legal guardian. We also require ID for all guests over the age of 18.
A £500 refundable deposit is required for guests living within a 20-mile radius of the property. Additionally, a damage deposit is required depending on location:
- £50 for: Birmingham, Canary Wharf, Croydon, Brighton, Leeds, Liverpool, London Greenford, Manchester, and Southampton.
- £100 for: Brentford, Hounslow
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. There is a strict policy against gatherings or parties. If this is not adhered to, the management reserve the right to cancel the booking and ask guests to vacate the building.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian over 21 years old
