Directly at a sandy beach is situated the hotel Sunset Royal Beach Resort. At the beach are sun umbrellas and sun loungers free of charge. The town Playa del Carmen is around 72 km away (Tulum around 137 km). The following attractions can be reached from the hotel: Tulum (approx. 132 km away), Xcaret (approx. 81 km away), Xel-Ha (approx. 120 km away) and Chichen Itza (approx. 223 km away). For mobility during your holiday, there are a taxi rank, a bus stop (approx. 100 m away) and a car rental company. For medical treatment in emergencies there is a hospital around 12 km away. The airport (CUN) is approx. 32 km away.

The 9-storey beach hotel has 200 rooms in total. It is equipped with a 24h reception (check-in from 15:00, check-out until 11:00), a lobby with bar, 2 lifts, an air conditioning, a safe (for free), a kiosk, various other shops, a theater as well as a parking area (for free). For the meals, there are 4 restaurants (air-conditioned). You will be warmly welcomed in both the hotel’s bars. WiFi is available for free. For scheduled arrivals in the destination area from 04:00 in the morning, the hotel room is only available on the day of arrival from the official check-in time of the respective hotel. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be adhered to. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day. Early check-in or late check-out can be booked via our service team, subject to availability and for an additional charge.
