S?Olivaret boutique hotel is located in the very heart of the beautiful mountain range Sierra de Tramontana. This country hotel has been constructed within an ancient Majorcan finca with its own history.The hotel is smoothly placed within a landplot of more than 75 hectares surrounded by ancient olive trees. There are idyllic garden areas and hidden places to discover. Located between Alaró and Orient in the Sierra de Tramuntana, S?Olivaret is easy to reach by road, only 3 km from Alaró and 33 km from Palma de Mallorca.

The hotels construction is based on an old Majorcan oil mill, and the property is of more than 200 years of age, while during the recent refurbishment, tradition and comfort have been perfectly combined. The Hotel has 27 rooms, two of which are suites and one junior suite. All areas are decorated with antique furniture and carefully selected elements of quality. For your relax, the hotel offers outdoor and indoor pools as well as a whirlpool, a cosy living room with chimney and several terraces.

The DOUBLE ROOMS are decorated individually and offer a full equipped bathroom, Air Conditioning, Bathrobes, accessories, heating, air conditioning, telephone, minibar, satellite TV and safe and a nice view. They are also bookable as single with child.
The SUPERIOR-ROOMS are like the DOUBLE ROOMS just bigger.
The DELUXE-ROOMS have additional a balcony or a terrace.

Available with breakfast, half board or full board.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner are in buffet style.
The hotel offers a bar and a restaurant, where our guests enjoy fine traditional dishes based on natural products of the season. Furthermore, the restaurant has en excellent wine cellar.

Please note that a tourist tax is charged on the islands of Mallorca, Menorca, Ibiza and Formentera. The amount of the tax depends on the type and category of the booked accommodation as well as the length of stay. In the main season (May - October), the costs vary from 1 to 4 EUR in the low season (November to April) from 0.25 to 1 EUR, each per day/person plus 10% VAT. From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation decreases the amount by 50 percent. Children under the age of 16 are exempt from tax. The tax will be charged to the guests in the booked accommodation and forwarded by the hoteliers to the authorities. If your scheduled flight arrives after 4 AM, the hotel room will be available on the day of arrival at the official check-in time, which may vary depending on the booked hotel.
Likewise the check-out time on your departure day has to be maintained. If your scheduled return flight departs until midnight you have to check-out at the dedicated check-out time that day.
Early check-in or late check-out can be arranged with our service team for a fee and depending on availability.
