for the “Eurowings Holidays x WINGS Shop” raffle

1. Organizer

Eurowings Holidays GmbH, Waldstraße 249, 51147 Cologne, Germany (hereinafter referred to as “EWH”) is organizing a raffle (hereinafter referred to as “raffle”) during the specified period.

2. Promotion period and participation

The period in which the raffle is organized begins on 01.08.2025 (00:01 CET) and ends on 31.10.2025 (23:59 CET).

3. Eligibility, implementation and processing

All persons who are over the age of 18 at the time of participation and are not excluded from participation in accordance with the following conditions or by EWH may participate in the raffle. Employees of the Lufthansa Group and their relatives are excluded from participation. EWH is entitled to exclude individual participants if there are justified reasons. In such cases, prizes may also be subsequently withdrawn and reclaimed. To take part in the raffle, the following conditions must be met:

• During the promotion period (01.08.-31.10.2025), a purchase worth at least €50 must be made in the WINGS Shop.
• A photo or scan of the receipt must be sent by e-mail to gewinner@eurowings-holidays.com.

It is possible to submit multiple receipts as long as the total purchase value during the promotion period is at least €50. If the purchase amount is divided into several transactions, the receipts must be submitted together. It is important that it is clear that the purchases were made on the same day and in connection with the same flight (e.g. by flight number or date). A single receipt may only be submitted once. Multiple submissions of the same receipt will not be considered. The winners will be drawn at random from all participants. The prize draw will take place after the end of the promotion. The prize will then be sent by e-mail to the e-mail address provided by the participant within four weeks of the draw.

4. Prize

2 x €500 Eurowings Holidays vouchers will be raffled off. There is no entitlement to any other prize. It is not possible to change or exchange the prize. Cash payment of the prize (even in part) is not possible. Claims to prizes are not transferable to other persons.

5. Data protection

As the organizer of the raffle, EWH processes personal data for the implementation and handling of the raffle. EWH collects the following personal data: E-mail address. The legal basis for processing is contract fulfillment, Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b GDPR. Your personal data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the aforementioned purposes. However, we may have to continue to store your data until the expiry of the retention obligations and periods issued by the legislator or supervisory authorities, which may result from the German Commercial Code and the German Fiscal Code and usually amount to six to ten years. In addition, we may retain your data until the expiry of the statutory limitation periods (i.e. usually three years; in individual cases, however, up to 30 years), insofar as this is necessary for the assertion, exercise or defense of legal claims. The corresponding data will then be routinely deleted. As a data subject, you can exercise the following rights if the respective legal requirements are met: Right of access, Art. 15 GDPR, right to rectification, Art. 16 GDPR, right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”), Art. 17 GDPR, right to restriction of processing, Art. 18 GDPR, right to data portability, Art. 20 GDPR, right to object, Art. 21 GDPR. Right to object, Art. 21 GDPR: You have the right to object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, at any time to processing of personal data concerning you which is based on Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. e or f GDPR. We will no longer process the personal data concerning you unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms or for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims. You can object to the processing of your personal data at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, Art. 77 GDPR i.V.m. § 19 BDSG. 6. Changes to the conditions of participation and termination of the raffle

EWH reserves the right to change the conditions of participation at any time. Should individual provisions of the conditions of participation be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining conditions of participation shall remain unaffected. Furthermore, EWH reserves the right to terminate or interrupt the raffle at any time without prior notice. This applies in particular to any reasons that would disrupt or prevent the raffle from running as planned.

7. Limitations of liability

EWH is not liable for damages that may arise in particular due to errors, delays or interruptions in the use of the website, in the transmission, in the event of malfunctions of the technical systems and service, due to incorrect content, loss or deletion of data, due to viruses or in any other way during participation, unless such damages are caused by EWH intentionally or through gross negligence. The above exclusions of liability shall not apply in the event of injury to life, limb or health. Furthermore, the exclusions of liability shall not apply in the event of negligent breach of obligations, the fulfillment of which is essential for the proper performance of the contract, the breach of which jeopardizes the achievement of the purpose of the contract and on the observance of which the participants regularly rely; in these cases EWH shall only be liable for foreseeable damage typical for the contract.

Legal recourse is excluded.
